of war, shadow and dogs

Human eyes can be completely deceiving when it comes to unnecessary needs or basic wastage. I saw a vision of a hormone-driven, typical teenage female human being, with her eyes on the ceiling of a small, cozy room. I thought what life had offered to her was fair enough for who she was back then did not require such agony or untouchable ego. She ought to feel comfortable and thankful. Graceful for such blessing was hard to get. Yet it was hard for her to take command of her own heart. Voices around weren’t much of a help, they were always the same masked dictators.

There was a war inside her. A battle among the many whispering voices inside her small, blacken heart. I saw her provocatively laughing with all these beautiful people around her and I saw the tiny fragments of her mind drifted faraway to the future with bits of her heart, too. The little thing called life had begun to grow more miserable than it used to be. Many paths were offered for her to choose, yet the millions of doubts in her stopped her journey. The thousands of responsibilities sealed the very path she had chosen upon. No, life was never fair but it was okay. It was okay, I heard she proudly whispered. But little did I know that her heart opposed every single white flower she uttered.

The female human being was paranoid of her own eyes for they seem to make her heart and her mind fought for what wasn’t real. She failed yet she would not speak in vain. It would be a matter of time when she could finally see the many shadows of dogs around her, following what used to be her fellow civilized mates of the species.
